Terms and Conditions: Bless A Baby Initiative

Eligibility: The "Bless A Baby" initiative is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Nominees must be expecting mothers who are facing financial difficulties and in need of support.

How to Enter: To nominate an expecting mom for the "Bless A Baby" initiative, participants must send a direct message to Nanobébé's official social media accounts or an email to info@nanobebe.co.za. The nomination should include the nominee's name, contact number, story, photos, and an explanation of the mother's needs and unique circumstances.

Nomination Period: The nomination period for the "Bless A Baby" initiative begins on 18 March 2024 and ends on May 30th, 2024, at 11:59 PM SAST. Nominations received after this deadline will not be considered.

Selection of Recipient: The recipient of the "Bless A Baby" hamper will be selected by Nanobébé and Baby Womb World based on the nominee's story and demonstrated need. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize: One (1) selected nominee will receive a hamper filled with essential baby goodies provided by Nanobébé and Baby Womb World. The contents of the hamper may vary and are subject to availability.

Notification of Winner: The selected nominee will be notified telephonically or by email if not reachable via telephone within ten days of the closing date. If the selected nominee cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the nominee and select an alternative recipient.

Publicity: By participating in the "Bless A Baby" initiative, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and story for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, and press releases. The selected nominee must also be willing to pose for a picture with the prize and hereby grants Nanobébé and Baby Womb World permission to use this picture for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing channels.

Privacy: Any personal information provided in connection with the "Bless A Baby" initiative will be used solely for the purpose of administering the initiative and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent. Nanobébé & Baby Womb World have the permission to use participants' contact details for marketing purposes.

General Conditions: Nanobébé and Baby Womb World reserve the right to cancel or amend the "Bless A Baby" initiative and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. Participation in the initiative constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
